摘　　要：科学与产业合作创新的进一步深化在全球范围内大大激励了创业型科研组织的发展。借鉴当前战略管理领域的前沿研究——联盟能力理论,提出合作创新能力概念,并以创业型科研机构为研究对象,从过程管理的视角出发,将合作创新能力的内部构成和影响因素及作用机制统一到组织学习和组织适应性的过程中,构建了创业型科研机构合作创新能力的理论分析框架。这一理论探讨,将具体的科研机构创新创业行为抽象为其背后的合作创新能力研究,不仅是融合战略管理和科研管理的有益尝试,更是对创业型科研组织理论研究的积极探索。In worldwide,the strengthening of cooperative innovation between science and industry has largely promoted the emerging of entrepreneurial research organizations.In this paper,we put forward the concept of cooperative innovation capability enlightened by alliance capability theory,and apply it to the research of entrepreneurial research institute.From the perspective of process management,the internal structure,impact factors and function mechanism are integrated into the process of organization learning and organization adaption during the development of cooperative innovation capability.Finally we build the theoretical framework of entrepreneurial research institutes＇ cooperative innovation capability.This theoretical exploration Abstracts cooperative innovation capability from concrete entrepreneurial acts,it is not only a helpful attempt to combine strategic management and scientific research management,but also an active exploration of study on entrepreneurial research institutes.
