摘  要:试验选用60只28日龄雏鸡,随机分为4组,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组每天分别灌服0.5 mL浓度为2、20mg/mL和40 mg/mL的马齿苋多糖(POP),连续给药7 d,对照组灌服等量生理盐水。分别于35、42、49日龄,每组各取5只鸡,测定免疫器官指数及血清抗氧化指标。结果表明,POP可极显著提高雏鸡胸腺、脾脏和法氏囊指数(P<0.01),并能显著提高雏鸡血清SOD、GSH-Px、CAT及T-AOC水平(P<0.05或P<0.01),其中试验Ⅱ组效果最好。说明马齿苋多糖能明显提高机体免疫力和抗氧化功能。The experiment was conducted to study the effects of Portulaca oleracea polysaccharide(POP)on immune organs indices and antioxidant capacity of chicken.A total of 60 chickens aged 28 days were randomly divided into four groups.One control group were gavaged with normal sodium and 3 trial groups were gavaged with different level POP(2,20,40 mg/mL POP)0.5 mL,respectively,for 7 days.On 35,42 and 49 days old after gavaging,5 chickens were sampled randomly from each group for determination of immune organs index and antioxidant capacity.The results showed that: POP could elevate organ index of thymus gland,splenic and bursa of Fabricius significantly(P 0.05 or P 0.01),and could increase antioxidant index of SOD,GSH-Px,CAT and T-AOC significantly(P 0.05 or P 0.01).The optimum adding levels of POP was 20 mg/mL.In conclusion,POP could significantly elevate the immune function and antioxidant capacity of chicken.
