摘　　要：肺间质纤维化是许多间质性肺疾病的共同结局，迄今为止发病机制还不是十分明确。目前发现氧化应激过程在肺纤维化的过程中发挥了重要促进作用，所以抗氧化治疗也越来越受到人们的重视。Pumonary interstitial fibrosis is the common end of lots of interstitial lung diseases, of which the pathogenesis has not been understood properly so far. Recent findings support the notion that oxidative stress plays an important role in the development of pumonary fibrosis, so the therapy directed at anti-oxidant is getting more and more attentions.
