合成烟酸衍生物对Q235钢在盐酸介质中的缓蚀性能

摘  要:烟酸衍生物可有效防止盐酸中H+对钢铁的腐蚀,且无毒、环保,以往对其缓蚀性能研究不多。以烟酸、氯化亚砜和十二胺合成了一种烟酸衍生物,加入至6 mol/L盐酸中用作盐酸酸洗液缓蚀剂,利用失重法和电化学方法就其对Q235钢的缓蚀性能进行了研究。结果表明:在80℃时,缓蚀剂浓度在1 g/L以下缓蚀率可达90%以上;合成的烟酸衍生物对阴极有明显的抑制作用,属于阴极型缓蚀剂。Nicotinic acid,thionylchloride and laurylamine were used as the starting materials to synthesize a kind of derivative of nicotinic acid.As-synthesized derivative was added into 6 mol/L hydrochloric acid as corrosion inhibitor for pickling of Q235 steel.The corrosion inhibition performance of the derivative for the carbon steel was examined using weight loss method and electrochemical method.It was found that the inhibition rate for Q235 steel was above 90% at an inhibitor concentration of 1 g/L and hydrochloric acid temperature of 80 ℃.As-synthesized nicotinic acid derivative was able to significantly retard the cathodic reaction,belonging to inhibitor to retard cathode corrosion.
