摘 要:大规模风电消纳能力取决于整个电力系统各环节充裕性资源综合协调的能力。在深入分析影响风电消纳能力关键要素的基础上,提出了调动广泛灵活的充裕性资源协同参与系统调节,提高风电消纳能力的基本理念和方法。从界定并识别电力系统发电、输配电、用电等环节灵活充裕性资源出发,综合考虑火电、水电和风电的发电技术特性,电力和热力负荷平衡、输电容量等约束,以系统运行成本最低为目标,建立了风电消纳能力分析模型。以我国某风电大省为实际算例,模拟分析了引入不同灵活资源情景下风电消纳能力的变化情况。结果表明,增加各类灵活资源均能提高风电消纳能力,其中,调峰容量资源的影响程度最大。Power grid's accommodation capacity of wind power depends on the ability of comprehensively coordinating adequacy resources in the whole power grid. Based on deep analysis of key factors influencing accommodation capability of wind power basic idea and method were proposed to manoeuvre wide and flexible adequacy resources involved in system regulation. From the viewpoint of delimitating and identifying flexible adequacy resources in the links of power generation, transmission and distribution, comprehensively considering technical characteristics of various powergenerations and such constrains as the balance of power and thermal loads and transfer capacity and taking the minimum system operation cost as objective function, a model is built to analyze wind power accommodation capacity of power grid. Taking a certain province in China, which is rich in wind power resources, as calculation example, the changes of wind power accommodation capability were simulated and analyzed under different scenes of introducing in different flexible resources. Results of simulation and analysis show that the accommodation capability of wind power can be improved by increasing various flexible resources in which the resource of peak load regulation capacity plays the most important part.
