摘　　要：概要介绍了北京东环广场工程和暖通空调总体设计方案 ,重点介绍写字楼部分的全空气空调系统设计及特点。指出写字楼惯用的风机盘管加新风做法存在新风量不足、冬季室温过高、过渡季难以充分利用新风等缺陷。该工程中采用的多分区空调器可以解决上述问题。工程运行情况良好。Presents the scheme of HVAC design of the project, especially the design and feature of its air conditioning system, points out that lack of fresh air, over high temperature inwinter, difficulty to make the best use of fresh air in transient seasons often occurred in buildings equipped with the primary air fan coil system. The project works well with the multizone air conditioners to adjust supply air for zones of different requirements.
