泡沫铜与紫铜的钎焊及其应用研究

摘  要:泡沫铜是一种密度小、比表面积大的多孔金属材料,在热交换领域有重要应用。文中将泡沫铜与紫铜基板进行真空钎焊,然后将其应用于CPU散热器中,并对制作的泡沫铜散热器进行散热性能测试。结果表明,泡沫铜散热器的热阻(0.37℃/W)低于成本相近的商业铝制散热器(热阻为0.45℃/W),泡沫铜散热器展现的良好散热性能使其有望成为一种新型的CPU散热器。Foamy copper are a porous metal material with a low density and a large surface area,and foamy copper have important application prospect in the heat exchange field.Foamy copper and red copper were brazed together in a vacuum environment,then foamy copper CPU radiator was produced and its heat dissipation performance was investigated.The results indicate that the heat resistance(0.37℃/W) of foamy copper radiator is lower than that(0.52℃/W) of commercial aluminum radiator,which suggest that foamy copper radiator has excellent heat dissipation performance.The cost of foamy copper radiator is close to commercial aluminum radiator,so it is possible for foamy copper radiator to become a new CPU radiator.
