摘　　要：目的:探讨在产科对孕产妇及家属实施健康教育对患者满意度的影响。方法:选取在宝安区妇幼保健院分娩的产妇180例随机分为观察组和对照组各90例,观察组实施有针对性的系统健康教育,对照组给予常规接待,统计两组满意度情况。结果:观察组孕产妇及家属满意度明显高于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:产科中实施健康教育可明显提高孕产妇及家属对产科医护人员的满意度,值得临床推广使用。Objective：To explore the affect of health education on patient satisfaction for the pregnant women and their families in obstetrics department. Methods：In our hospital 180 pregnant women were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,90 cases in each group.The system health education was carried out in the observation group and the conventional reception was carried out in the control group.The satisfaction situation of the pregnant women and their families was investigated in the two groups. Results：The satisfaction situation of the pregnant women and their families in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,there was significantly differences between the two groups P0.01. Conclusion：The implementation of health education in obstetrics department can significantly improve the satisfaction of the pregnant women and their families on obstetric health care workers,is worth clinical application.
