摘　　要：建立了卡式炉-卡尔费休水分仪联用测定的工业用精对苯二甲酸中水含量的方法。样品在卡式炉中230℃下加热20 min,样品中的水分被全部蒸发,并随干燥的载气进入滴定池中与卡尔费休试剂进行定量反应。相比SH/T 1612.4标准,本方法不需要使用吡啶溶剂,操作过程方便简洁,方法准确可靠,可应用于实际样品的检测。A reliable method for determination of water con- tent in PTA by Oven sampleehanger/Karl Fisher was estab- lished. The sample was heated at 230 ℃ for 20 min in the Oven samplechanger,the water in the sample was evaporated and transferred to the titration cell by dry gas,and the water make a quantitative reaction with the Karl Fisher reagent. Comparing with the SH/T 1612.4 standard, the method was convenient and no pyridine was used.
