基于不同接结点分布的色织双层织物的设计

摘　　要：以接结点连接的色织双层织物的设计关键主要是接结点的安排,为此在对表里接结色织双层织物的结构进行分析的基础上,以不同的接结点分布状况探讨这类织物的设计要点。当接结点分布密集且隐蔽时,织物的上下2层连接紧密,可形成正反不同的双面织物;当接结点分布稀疏且较为隐蔽,织物上下2层部分分离,织物的外观主要由表层纱线决定;当接结点在织物表面形成小花纹时,可形成独具风格的双层色织小提花织物。The key of designing the double-layer yarn-dyed fabrics whose two layers are joined together by the connection points lies in the arrangement of the connection points.Based on the analysis of structure of the double-layer yarn-dyed fabrics,the chief design elements of this kind of fabrics are discussed in terms of different distributions of connection points.When the connection points are densely distributed in a concealed way,the inner and outer layers are closely connected and a two-faced fabric can be formed;when the connection points are sparsely arranged in a relatively concealed way,the two layers are partly separated,the appearance of the fabric is determined by the yarns of the outer layer;and when the connection points form mini-figures on the surface of fabric,an unique double-layer yarn-dyed mini-jacquard fabric can be formed.
