摘 要:针对有色棉织物电脑测配色套色次数多,套色时间长的问题,对测配色仪器现有的套色方法进行了分析,以建立更适合有色棉底布套色的测配色方法。采用单一染料分别对空白棉织物单次和2次进行染色,染料总用量相同,模拟有色棉织物染色,结果显示分次染色棉织物的K/S值低于单次染色。以空白棉织物和有色棉织物为底布分别建立基础数据库,并对2种数据库的套色准确性进行了比较。结果显示后者的准确率高于前者,在2次修色后可使色差值小于1,为有色棉织物电脑测配色套色提供了一条新的途径。Since the existing computer color measuring and matching and overdyeing for colored cotton fabric are confronted with such problems as many times of overdyeing and long time consumption,the overdyeing methods based on the available color measuring and matching instruments were analyzed in order to establish a new color measuring and matching method for overdyeing of colored cotton fabric.The blank cotton fabrics were dyed with single dye by once and twice separately to stimulate the dyeing process of colored cotton fabric,and their total amount of dye was identical.The results showed that the K/S value of the cotton fabric dyed by twice was lower than that by once.Basic databases of the blank cotton fabrics and the colored cotton substrates were established,respectively,and the accuracy of these databases was tested.The results showed that the accuracy of latter was higher than that of the former.The color difference value was smaller than 1 after twice shading.It provides a new method for overdyeing of colored cotton fabric when using computer color measuring and matching.
