摘 要:阻燃整理传统焙烘工艺易产生织物断裂强力损伤和色泽的变化,为此采用潮态汽蒸方法对纯棉染色篷盖布进行阻燃整理,讨论阻燃剂质量浓度、催化剂用量、汽蒸温度等因素对阻燃效果、织物断裂强力及色泽的影响。采用正交试验分析法优化了汽蒸阻燃整理工艺条件。结果表明,纯棉染色篷盖布进行阻燃整理时采用潮态整理工艺与普通焙烘工艺相比,前者不仅能取得与焙烘工艺相当的阻燃效果,而且织物的其他性能指标如断裂强力等也明显优于焙烘工艺,尤以色泽更为显著。最佳工艺条件为:阻燃剂CFR质量浓度350 g/L,催化剂C52质量浓度40 g/L,汽蒸温度140℃,时间30 min。The flame-retardant finishing of conventional pad-dry-cure technology often causes the loss of breaking strength and shade change of fabrics,thus influencing their serviceability.For this reason,wet-on-wet steam flame-retardant finish was used for dyed pure cotton canvas.The influence of mass concentration of flame-retardant,catalyst dosage,steaming temperature,etc.on the result of flame-retardant finishing,breaking strength and shade of the canvas was investigated.Orthogonal analysis was used to optimize the process conditions.The experimental results revealed that compared with the conventional flame-retardant finish process,this process imparted to the finished fabric equivalent flame-retardant effect,but better other properties such as breaking strength,in particular,the shade.The optimum process conditions are: flame-retardant CFR 350 g/L,catalyst C52 40 g/L,steaming temperature 140 ℃,and duration 30 min.
