摘  要:经编机梳栉电子横移控制系统由于无法满足高速的要求而成为高速经编机全电子化的一个瓶颈。针对采用位置控制模式的高速经编机电子横移系统定位时间长、动态响应不足等缺陷,研究一种基于双PID速度控制模式经编机电子横移控制系统。在该控制系统中,先基于工艺预先规划出横移速度曲线,再结合运动控制卡和伺服驱动设计出双PID控制算法,保证整个横移运动的位移可控和低刚性冲击。通过理论分析和实验测试证实,该控制系统能够满足高速经编机高速度、高精度、高响应和高频率启停的横移工艺要求。The control system of guide bar electronic shogging becomes a bottleneck for fully electronic on high speed warp knitting machine,because it can′t meet the requirements of high speed.In view of the defects of position control mode for electronic shogging system of high-speed warp knitting machine,such as a long time to target and lack of dynamic response,a kind of electronic shogging control system of high speed warp knitting machine which is based on double PID speed control mode was designed.In the control system,firstly,a shogging speed curve based on lapping digital is pre-planned,and then combining control card with servo driver,PID control algorithm was designed in order to ensure that the controllability of the position of shogging movement and the impact of low rigidity.Theoretical analysis and experimental tests confirmed that the control system can meet the high speed,high accuracy,high dynamic response and high-frequency start and stop shogging digital requirements for warp knitting machine of high speed.
