摘 要:通过对梁北选煤厂TBS的各产品分级浮沉试验结果进行分析,得出TBS对-0.25mm级高灰细泥基本上不具有分选效果,且-0.25mm高灰细泥主要的去向是TBS溢流,进而得出高灰细泥对分选过的TBS精煤造成污染的结论,如何减少和脱除粗精煤中高灰细泥是保障粗精煤质量的关键。梁北选煤厂利用TBS对粗煤泥入料进行选前二次分级,并利用德瑞克筛对粗精煤进行选后脱泥,使最终的精煤灰分小于11%。With the analysis on the grading float-and-sink experiment results of each TBS product in Liangbei Coal Preparation Plant,the results showed that TBS would have no separation effect on-0.25 mm grade high ash fine slime and the main flowing of the-0.25 mm high ash fine slime would be the TBS overflow.Therefore a conclusion was made that the high ash fine slime would cause pollutions to the TBS cleaned coal.How to reduce and remove the high ash fine slime in the coarse cleaned coal would be the key to ensure the quality of the coarse cleaned coal.In Liangbei Coal Preparation Plant,TBS was applied to the twice grading of the coarse slime before came into the coal preparation plant.Derrick screen was applied to remove the mud from the cleaned coarse slime and the final ash content of the cleaned coal would be less than 11%.
