摘 要:把光伏电池的特性与光伏并网逆变器结合起来控制光伏电池最大功率传输,提出了用光伏电池最大功率跟踪控制的最大输出电流作为逆变器控制的瞬时参考电流的方法,该瞬时交流参考电流是以光伏电池输出的直流电流作为其峰值,以电网电压的相位和频率作为瞬时交流参考电流的相位和频率,同时为了确保逆变器的稳定性和可靠性,引入了电网电压前馈和滤波器电容电流反馈控制的方法。分析了光伏系统中DC/DC、DC/AC的拓扑电路结构及其实现最大功率并网的控制策略,并利用MATLAB/Simulink对系统进行仿真,仿真结果表明所提控制策略能实时跟踪光伏系统的最大功率点,系统能稳定可靠地向电网传输电能。The maximum power transmission of photovoltaic cells is controlled by combining the characteristics of photovoltaic cell and grid-connected photovoltaic inverter together. It is proposed that, the maximum output current by the maximum power tracking control of photovoltaic cells is used as the instantaneous reference current of inverter, while the phase and frequency of the grid as its instantaneous phase and frequency. The grid-voltage feedforward control and the filter capacitive current feedback control are introduced to ensure the stability and reliability of inverter. The DC/DC and DC/AC topologic structure of photovoltaic system and its control strategy to achieve the maximum grid-connection power are analyzed in detail. The results of system simulation based on MATLAB/Simulink show that, the proposed control strategy tracks the maximum power point of photovoltaic system in real time and the system transfers power to grid stably and reliably.
