摘 要:以丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-丙烯酰胺基八烷基磺酸(HAMC8S)和二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)为单体,合成了含有疏水碳链、磺酸基以及季铵盐等活性基团的两性疏水缔合聚丙烯酰胺(HAPAM)AA/AM/HAMC8S/DMDAAC,相对分子质量(简称分子量,下同)为5.5×106,并通过红外光谱和1HNMR对其结构进行了表征。最佳反应条件为:w(总单体)=30%,w(引发剂)=0.10%(以单体总质量计),反应温度为55℃,反应时间为5 h,产率为84%。同时研究表明,温度为80℃时,黏度保留率达66%以上;盐度为8%时,黏度保留率达75%以上;剪切作用时间为240 min时,黏度有所增加,这些性能都远高于相同条件下均聚聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)黏度保留值。The amphoteric hydrophobic association polyacrylamide(HAPAM),AA/AM/HAMC8S/DMDAAC,with hydrophobic carbon chain,sulfonic group and quaternary ammonium group,was synthesized using AA,AM,DMDAAC and HAMC8S as monomers,and the average molecular weight of the polyacrylamide was 5.5×106.The structure was characterized by means of infrared spectrum and 1HNMR.Based on the researches of monomer conversion and molecular weight,the optimum reaction conditions were ascertained as follows:w(total monomer)=30%,w(initiator)=0.1%(based on the total amount of the monomers),reaction temperature 55 ℃,reaction time 5 h.Under such optimum conditions,the productivity could reach 84%.At the same time,the results show that,when the temperature was 80 ℃,the viscosity reserved rate was more than 66%;when the salinity was 8%,the viscosity reserved rate was more than 75%;when the shear-resistant time was 240 min,the viscosity reserved rate increased.These performances were better than those of HPAM.
