摘 要:目的探讨网络游戏成瘾大学生孤独感和认知情绪调节策略的特点及关系。方法用UCLA孤独感量表与认知情绪调节策略问卷对网游成瘾与一般大学生进行调查。结果 t检验发现网游成瘾大学生孤独感高于一般大学生(t=2.13,P<0.05);关注计划(t=-3.54)、积极重评(t=-1.99)和视角转换(t=-2.95)等适应性认知情绪调节策略得分较低(P均<0.05),而灾难化(t=3.02)和责备他人(t=4.98)等非适应性策略得分较高(P均<0.01);相关分析发现,网游成瘾大学生孤独感与灾难化策略呈正相关(r=0.326,P<0.05)。结论网游成瘾大学生孤独感水平较高;多采用非适应性策略;孤独感与灾难化策略的使用有密切关系。Objective To explore the characteristics of loneliness and cognitive emotion regulation of the college students with online game addiction and their relationship.Methods Using UCLA Loneliness Scale and Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire to assess college students with online game addiction and general college students.Results College students with online game addiction got higher score in loneliness(t=2.13,P0.05),lower scores in the strategy refocus on planning(t=-3.54,P0.01),positive reappraisal(t=-1.99,P0.05)and putting into perspective(t=-2.95,P0.01),and higher scores in strategy catastrophizing(t=3.02,P0.01)and blaming others(t=4.98,P0.01)than general college students.Catastrophizing was positively correlated to the loneliness of college students with online game addiction(r=0.326,P0.05).Conclusion College students with online game addiction feel more lonely and use more maladaptive strategies.Their loneliness is closely rwlated to questionnaire catastrophizingstrategies.
