血、尿IL-6变化在糖尿病肾病中的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨血、尿IL-6变化在糖尿病肾病诊断治疗中的意义。方法将实验对象分为观察组和对照组，观察组52人，对照组40人。根据尿白蛋白排泄率（UAER）将观察组又分为两个小组：分别为微量蛋白尿组DN1（24例）和临床蛋白尿组DN2（28例）。对照组选取40名健康成年人。观察各组血、尿IL-6水平。结果①观察组病人血、尿IL-6水平高于正常对照组。②观察组中DN2组血、尿IL-6水平比DN1组升高的更明显。结论糖尿病肾病患者的血、尿IL-6水平高于健康人，IL-6水平在糖尿病肾病的进展中发生变化，血、尿IL-6水平测定对糖尿病肾病的诊断及治疗具有一定意义。Objective To determine The clinical significance of interleukin-6 by examining the changes in blood and urine from diabetic nephropathy patients. Methods The subjects were divided into two groups ：52 subjects in the observation group and 40 healthy subjects in the control group, Further dividing the subjects in observation group into two separate groups according to their urinary albumin excretion rate （UAER）. Twenty-four patients with microalbumin urine were included in DN1 group, 28 with clinical protein urine were included in DN2 group. Observations were made of the level of IL-6 in blood and urine. Results （1） The levels of IL-6 in observation group were higher than those in control group. （2）The levels of IL-6 in DN2 were significantly higher than those in DN1 group. Conclusion The levels of IL-6 in blood and urine from dia- betic nephropathy patients are higher than those in healthy people. The level of IL-6 changes in the progression of diabetic nephropath＇y It has a certain significance to determinate the level of IL-6 changes in blood and urine according to the diagnosis and treatment for diabetic nephropathy patients.
