摘 要:以某城市污水处理厂剩余污泥为对象,通过实验研究了超声与次氯酸钠预处理对污泥的溶胞效果,以及对后续厌氧消化的影响。结果表明,超声与次氯酸钠耦合作用最优操作条件为超声声能密度1.0 W/mL,作用时间50 min。在此条件下,次氯酸钠投加量为4.023 mg/g SS时,对污泥厌氧消化改善效果最明显,剩余污泥产气率及甲烷含量较对照组分别提高了69.73%和10%。同时污泥VSS去除率由11.11%提高到21.24%,在一定程度上实现了污泥减量。The pretreatment process of waste activated sludge from wastewater treatment plant was carried out using the combination of ultrasonic and NaClO treatment,the effects of pretreatment on sludge disintegration and anaerobic digestion were studied.The results showed that the optimal ultrasonic power intensity of this synergetic pretreatment was 1.0 W/mL and the best disintegration time was 50 min.It was discovered that the treatment of ultrasonic in the presence of 4.023 mg/g SS NaClO under the conditions led to the best improvement of sludge anaerobic digestion.The biogas production ratio and methane content was enhanced by 69.73% and 10%,respectively.Meanwhile,the volatile solids removal ratio increased from 11.11% to 21.24%,the quantity of waste acitivated sludge was reduced to some extent.
