摘　　要：根据现有煤矿装车系统的特点,结合山东枣矿集团旗下高庄矿实际情况,提出自动化改造方案。采用西门子公司的S7-300系列PLC和组态软件WINCC,实现对整个装车过程的自动化控制。能够准确、可靠地实时记录和监测装车过程中的状况,同时具有记录查询、冗余、报警和网络发布等功能。According to the existing coal loading system characteristics,combined with the actual situation in Gaozhuang Mine.We put forward a automation transformation plan.It adopted the Siemens S7-300 series of PLC and WINCC configuration software.The whole loading process can be controlled automatically.It can monitor and record the loading process operation condition reliably and accurately.The system also has a record of the inquiry alarm,redundancy and network release function.
