摘　　要：新铁煤矿经过6年的采煤方法的研究和实践,改变了传统采煤方法,根据地层、煤层、构造的特点,灵活采用现代采煤方法,大大提高了掘进和采煤工作面的采出量,提高了资源的回收率,增强了学生对新知识的掌握能力。Xintie Coal Mine after 6 years mining methods research and practice,has changed the traditional mining methods,according to strata,coal seam,construction features,flexible use of modern mining methods,greatly improving the amount of tunneling and mining at coal face,thus enhancing the recovery of resources and the students,ability to master new knowledge.
