摘　　要：针对软件开发过程中的需求变化,以用例驱动的方式将教学管理业务中的核心任务提取出来与软件架构相结合,采用统一开发过程方法指导网上教学管理系统(WBTMS)开发,对其中核心过程工作流的具体应用加以分析。实践表明,经过合理裁剪的RUP过程和迭代增量的开发方式降低了软件风险,提高了软件开发的质量和效率。In allusion to the changes of requirement in software development process,this dissertation used Rational Unified Process（RUP） to guide the development of Web-based Teaching Management System（WBTMS） and analyzed the specific application of core process workflow using the combination of core task extracted from the teaching management business driven by use-cases and software architecture.The practice indicated that the RUP process with the reasonable cutting and the iterative incremental development method could reduce the risk of software,and enhance the qualities and efficiencies of software development.
