摘　　要：针对煤矿企业采购成本大的特点,提出了利用基于网络技术的B2B电子采购系统进行电子化采购的科学构想。分析了煤矿物资电子采购系统的系统目标、应用特色和5种角色,对系统进行了详细设计,采用多种策略实现信息安全。通过开发本系统,能够使煤矿企业摆脱传统的手工采购方式,全面提高工作效率和工作质量,建立一个先进的采购平台,真正实现网上采购。Aimed at the characteristic of big purchasing cost in coal mine,the scientific conception of B2B e-procurement system for goods and materials of coal mine based on network technology is put forward.The purpose,characteristic and five roles of e-procurement system for goods and materials is analyzed and designed,and take advantage of multi-method to realize information safety.Though this system,coal mine can get rid of traditional way to purchase,fully promote efficiency and quality,and build a purchasing platform,and realize purchase in network.
