摘　　要：为了能够有效地对煤矿企业职工进行管理,设计开发了煤矿企业职工管理系统,系统利用MyEclipse开发语言,运用ADO(Active Data Object)技术设计开发,使用大量地SQL语句进行添加、查询、删除等操作,采用MySQL作为后台数据库。该系统具有人性化、自动化的特点,界面友好,操作简便,可以让煤矿企业职工在很短的时间内掌握其使用方法。In order to manage the coal Mining Enterprises effectively and the managing system of coal Mining Enterprises was designed and developed.The system uses MyEclipse as an exploring language,to design and develop with the application of ADO（Active Data Object） technology,and the use of large number of SQL sentences to add,check and delete,etc,taking MySQL as backend database.This system has the following features such as user friendly,automation,friendly interface and easy operation,which can be mastered by users in a short period.
