13例患者奴卡氏菌感染临床资料分析

摘　　要：目的探讨奴卡氏菌感染的特点,为临床诊疗提供参考。方法对2005年1月-2011年3月医院临床标本培养结果为奴卡氏菌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果临床标本中检出13株奴卡氏菌,其中星形奴卡菌4株,巴西奴卡菌3株,新奴卡菌1株,未分型奴卡氏菌5株,奴卡氏菌引起的感染依次是肺部感染占53.8%、皮肤感染占30.8%、播撒感染占15.4%。结论奴卡菌病不仅是免疫抑制患者的条件致病菌,也可发生在有免疫力的健康者,由于症状不典型,奴卡菌病易漏诊。OBJECTIVE To investigate the Nocardia infections,so as to provide bases to guide the clinical treatment.METHODS A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of the patients with Nocardia infections was performed from Jan 2005 to Mar 2011.RESULTS During the study period,totally 13 strains of Nocardia spp were isolated from clinical specimens,including 4 strains of N.asteroides,3 strains of N.brasiliensis 1 strain of N.nova,and 5 strains of unclassified Nocardia;the major sites infected with Nocardia were as follows：pulmonary infections（53.8%）,cutaneous infections（30.8%）,and disseminated infections（15.4%）.CONCLUSION Nocardiosis is an opportunistic bacterial infection not only affect immunocompromised patients,but can also affect immune competent patients.The diagnosis of nocardiosis can easily be missed due to its atypical symptoms.
