门诊检验采血人员手卫生状况调查及对策

摘　　要：目的了解门诊检验采血人员手卫生状况,加强洗手环节的管理,提高检验采血人员对手卫生的依从性。方法对采血操作前、后的检验人员的手进行采样检测。结果整改前对门诊检验采血人员手进行采样检测共80份,其中有41份检出细菌,23份样本细菌数超标,手卫生合格率为43.8%;共检出细菌62株,其中致病菌8株;检验采血人员手卫生状况差与手卫生知识认识不到位、洗手设施不完善、监督不力相关,实施干预措施后,检验采血人员手卫生合格率提高到79.7%,洗手依从性明显提高。结论通过加强门诊检验人员手卫生监管,能有效提高门诊检验采血人员手卫生的合格率和洗手依从性,预防医院感染发生。OBJECTIVE To study hand hygiene of the blood sampling personnel in outpatient departments,strengthen the management of washing processes and improve hand hygiene compliance of the blood sampling personnel.METHODS The sampling of the hands of the clinical laboratory staff was performed before and after the blood sampling.RESULTS A total of 80 samples of the hands from outpatient department before rectification were studied,we detected bacteria from 41 samples including 23 samples with exceeded bacteria,the qualified rate of the hand hygiene was 43.8%;totally 62 strains of bacteria were detected,including 8 strains of pathogenic bacteria;the poor condition of hand hygiene was related to the insufficient awareness of hand hygiene,incomplete hand washing facilities,and ineffective supervision;after the implementation of the interventions,the qualified rate of hand hygiene of the blood sampling personnel increased to 79.7%,the hand hygiene compliance was significantly improved.CONCLUSION It can effectively raise the qualified rate of hand hygiene and improve the hand hygiene compliance through strengthening the supervision of hand hygiene of clinical laboratory staff,so as to prevent nosocomial infections.
