摘 要:为探明血管活性肠肽(VIP)及其基因在青春期、妊娠期、哺乳期和泌乳后期小鼠卵巢中分布的变化规律,分别采用免疫组织化学PV-9000两步法和原位杂交法确定VIP及其mRNA在卵巢中的定位。结果显示:VIP及其基因主要定位在是黄体细胞和卵泡上,通过单因素方差分析表明在小鼠卵巢内,泌乳后期表达量相对其他3期差异极显著(P<0.01)。VIP及其基因在不同生理时期内小鼠卵巢的表达量不同,即随着日龄的增加表达量呈上升趋势,且泌乳后期表达量最大。The objective of this study was to investigate the distribution of vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP)and its gene in the ovary of mouse at the puberty,pregnancy,lactation and post-lactation. The locations of VIP and its mRNA were detected by immunohistochemical PV-9000 2-step and in situ hybridization, respectively. The results showed that VIP-positive cells were mainly expressed in luteal cells and oocytes in mouse ovary. Single factor analysis of variance showed that VIP immunoreactive substance at the post-lactation was significantly higher (P〈0.01) compared to the mouses at the puberty, pregnancy,lactation. Different expression levels of VIP and its mRNA in the ovary of mouse at different physical period were found, that is the amount of expression increased with age, and the highest level was observed at the post-lactation.
