摘　　要：近年来，人们逐渐认识到肠道的功能在危重患者的治疗中占有越来越重要的地位．对于肠道功能障碍的的认识就显得更为重要。肠内营养是恢复肠道功能的一种有效的方法，而有效的肠内营养离不开可靠的肠内营养途径，经皮内镜下胃造口术（PEG）就是一种具有损伤小、操作简便、安全、有效的肠内营养途径。In recent years, it has been realized that intestinal function plays an increasingly important role in the treatment of critically ill patients. Awareness of intestinal dysfunction becomes more and more important. Enteral nutrition is an effective method for the recovery of intestinal function, and enteral nutrition is closely related to reliable administration route. Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy（PEG） is a minimally invasive, simple, safe and effective enteral nutrition route.
