摘 要:世界大学生运动会主体育场钢屋盖采用单层折面空间网格体系。采用一次性建模法跟踪模拟世界大学生运动会主体育场的施工过程。通过有限元分析考虑临时支撑柱、连系桁架以及看台支撑对结构的影响。对施工吊装进行了分析,总结了结构施工中的难点,并对铸钢节点进行了分析。研究表明:将应力监测点设置在临时支撑的较低位置而非主体结构上,可以有效地指导施工;临时支撑对结构影响显著;采用容许应力法确定吊绳截面尺寸,通过人为扶正的办法可以解决平面外位置偏离问题,而拼装结构的平面内稳定可以通过加设临时连杆实现。利用卡环将吊绳直接锁在构件上进行吊装;铸钢节点的最大应力未超过屈服应力,具有较高的安全储备。The roof of the main stadium for the World Universidad Games adopted the single-layer folded-plane lattice shell structure. It is necessary to analyze the internal force and deformation of main stadium for the World Universidad Games during the construction process by using the method of constructional mechanics. The influences of the supports were considered by finite element analysis. This paper analyzed the process of lifting and summarizes the difficulties during the construction process. Moreover, the nodes of structure were researched. The analytical results show that the support has significant effect on structure and set the position of stress monitoring on the supports can also effectively guide the construction. The sizes of lifting rope are determined by the allowable stress method. Through adjustment by people can solve the problem of stability effectively. It is feasible to lock the lifting rope on bars by rings. From the analysis, it is believed that the peak stress does not exceed the yield strength for cast steel nodes, and this has the high security reserves.
