摘 要:为揭示黄连木不同性别植株的生理差异,以黄连木雌株和雄株叶片为试材,对叶片POD、SOD、CAT活性及MDA、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量进行了测定。结果表明:黄连木雄株叶片POD活性在5月21日和6月8日极显著高于雌株,且雌株、雄株叶片POD活性在6月8日均达到最大值,分别为15.53OD/g(FW)和21.31OD/g(FW);雌、雄株叶片SOD活性在5月21日、8月8日、9月8日和10月8日呈现极显著差异,5―6月雌株叶片SOD活性高于雄株,而7―10月低于雄株,雌株叶片SOD活性变化幅度大,在6月份达到最大值22.50OD/g(FW),8月初达到最小值7.18OD/g(FW);雄株叶片CAT活性在10月8日极显著高于雌株叶片,雄株CAT活性在9月8日达到最小值,为27.98酶分解的H2O2mg/g(FW);雌、雄株叶片MDA含量差异性不显著;雌、雄株叶片可溶性蛋白质含量均在5月21日出现最小值,分别为5.06mg/g和5.95mg/g,在10月8日达到最大值,分别为11.27mg/g和12.84mg/g;雌、雄株叶片可溶性糖含量在10月8日存在显著差异,且达到最大值,分别为0.018%和0.026%。To reveal the physiological differences in male and female trees of Pistacia chinensis Bunge, the activities of POD,SOD and CAT, the contents of MDA, soluble protein and soluble sugar in male and female tree leaves were determined in this trial. The results showed that the activity of POD in female and male tree leaves reached the maximum value of 15.53 OD/g(FW) and 21.31 OD/g(FW) on June 8, and showed significant differences on May 21 and June 8. The activity of SOD in male and female tree leaves was significantly different on May 21, Au- gust 8,September 8 and October 8, and it was higher in male ones in May and June, while low- er in male ones from July to October. The activity of SOD in female tree leaves reached the maximum value of 22.50 OD/g(FW) in June, and reached the minimum value of 7.18 OD/g (FW) in early August. The activity of POD in male and female tree leaves was significantlydifferent on October 8, the activity of POD in male tree leaves reached the minimum value of 27.98 H202mg/g(FW)on September 8. The content of MDA was not significantly different between male and female tree leaves. Soluble protein content in female and male tree leaves ap- peared the minimum values of 5.06 mg/g and 5.95 mg/g on May 21 ,and reached the maximum values of 11.27 mg/g and 12.84 mg/g on October 8. Soluble sugar content in female and male tree leaves reached the maximum values of 0. 018% and 0.026% on October 8,and showed sig- nificant differences.
