摘  要:本研究通过富集培养技术筛选得到了19株可降解甲嘧磺隆的微生物。利用液体培养法就不同微生物菌株对甲嘧磺隆的降解能力进行了测定,结果表明,以JH3、JH2、JH10、SH3菌株的降解效果较好,其中以JH3菌株对甲嘧磺隆的降解能力最强。在此基础上,对JH3菌株的降解作用条件进行了筛选,发现JH3菌株对甲嘧磺隆降解的最适培养基为基础培养基Ⅲ,降解率高达88.66%;研究发现,在基础培养基Ⅲ中,JH3菌株对含有高浓度甲嘧磺隆的单位时间的降解量高于低浓度甲嘧磺隆。In order to screen and get the related microorganisms, 19 strains of microorganisms were got through enrichment culture. Their degrading abilities of different microbial strains for sulfometuron-methyl were determined by liquid culture. The results showed that strains JH3, JH2,JH10 and SH3 had higher degradation abilities than that of the others, and strain JH3 gave the highest degradation ability. The optimal degrading conditions of strain JH3 were screened, and results showed that the optimal culture medium was the basic medium Ⅲ which resulted in as high as 88. 66% of degradation rate. The degradation ability per unit time of strain JH3 for high concentration of sulfometuron-methyl was found higher than that for low concentration of sulfometuron-methyl in the basic medium Ⅲ.
