摘 要:针对S管分配阀驱动油缸瞬时高压大流量的特点,其缸内缓冲装置的合理设计至关重要。通过把缓冲节流过程分为断面收缩局部压力损失、锐缘节流和缝隙节流3个阶段,仿真分析了抛物线型缓冲装置的缓冲特性。结果表明,选择合适的抛物线系数能够得到良好的缓冲效果,缓冲过程平稳,冲击小。该拟合抛物线的方法,可用于指导阶梯型和短笛型等工艺性更好的缸内缓冲装置的优化设计。As the driven cylinder for the S tube distributing valve has the characteristics of in- stantaneous high pressure and large flow, the rational design of its cushioning device is essen- tial. After buffer throttling process is divided into three stages, local pressure loss because of area reduction, sharp cutting edge throttling and gap throttling, the buffer characteristics of parabolic type buffer device are analyzed through simulation. The results show that a good buffer effect can be achieved when selecting the appropriate coefficients of the parabola, with smooth buffering process and low impact. The introduced parabolic fitting method can be used to guide the optimized design of buffer devices of ladder type and piccolo type which are easier to process.
