摘 要:为了研究过氧化氢与激素在菜蛾盘绒茧蜂Cotesia vestalis滞育过程中的作用,本文测定了滞育与非滞育预蛹过氧化氢的含量,3种保护酶(SOD、POD和CAT)的活性以及20E和JHⅢ的滴度,结果显示,滞育预蛹过氧化氢含量、SOD和POD活性以及20E滴度显著低于非滞育预蛹,而CAT活性与JHⅢ滴度则相反。推测高浓度的JHⅢ抑制20E的合成和释放,20E滴度的下降又通过调节SOD活性的下降和CAT活性的上升来降低过氧化氢的浓度,使菜蛾盘绒茧蜂滞育。In order to investigate the effects of hydrogen peroxide and hormones on diapause in Cotesia vestalis,hydrogen peroxide content,activities of three antioxidant enzymes(superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),and catalase(CAT)),and contents of 20E and JH Ⅲ between diapause and non-diapause prepupae were compared.Results showed that the hydrogen peroxide content,SOD and POD activities and 20E content in diapause prepupae were significantly lower,while the CAT activity and JH Ⅲ content were significantly higher,when compared to those in non-diapause prepupae.We speculated that high concentrations of JH Ⅲ inhibited the synthesis and release of 20E,the latter reduced hydrogen peroxide content by decreasing SOD activity and increasing CAT activity,and finally caused prepupae of C.vestalis to enter diapause.
