摘 要:本研究提取野生食用菌——花脸蘑Lepista sordida的蛋白粗提液,并在室内测定其对辣椒病毒病的控制作用及其对辣椒植株生长的促进作用。结果表明,以25、50和100μg·mL-1的花脸蘑蛋白粗提液分别茎叶喷雾处理后再接种黄瓜花叶病毒,防治效果分别为72.11%、79.53%和94.86%;以100μg·mL-1的花脸蘑蛋白粗提液通过茎叶喷雾,浸种与茎叶喷雾结合两种方法处理辣椒后,辣椒根系的湿重及干重、辣椒地上部湿重和干重、叶片数、叶面积、叶绿素指数、株高、茎粗和壮苗指数均比对照明显提高。综上所述,花脸蘑蛋白粗提液在室内对黄瓜花叶病毒引起的辣椒病毒病有很好的控制作用,同时对辣椒生长具有良好的促进作用。Authors investigated effects of crude protein from Lepista sordida on pepper virus disease and pepper growth in greenhouse.Results demonstrated that control efficiency of the crude protein on pepper virus disease caused by CMV were 72.11%、79.53% and 94.86%,respectively,at the concentration of 25,50,100 μg·mL^-1 by means of leaf and stem atomization followed by inoculation of CMV.After pepper plants were treated with crude protein at 100 μg·mL^-1 by leaves atomization and seed soaking combined with leaves atomization,wet and dry weight of roots,wet and dry weight of seedlings,number of leaves,leaf areas,chlorophyll exponent,plant height,stem diameter,seedlings healthy index were all improved significantly.The results indicated that crude protein from L.sordida was effective in suppression of pepper virus disease caused by CMV and growth promotion of pepper plants.
