经肛门拖出式吻合技术在腹腔镜低位直肠癌保肛手术中的应用

摘　　要：15例低位直肠癌患者施行腹腔镜辅助经肛门拖出式吻合保肛手术均获成功。手术时间135～215 min,平均155min;术中出血65～105 ml,平均75 ml,术中无肠管、输尿管及邻近器官损伤。吻合口距齿状线1.0～3.0 cm,术后无吻合口漏及吻合口狭窄等并发症。术后3月排便次数4～6次/d,随访3～19个月,未发现吻合口复发及穿刺孔种植转移。15 patients with low rectal cancer were operated successfully with laparoscopic auxiliary for anal sphincter preservation.The operating time was 135～215 min（mean 155 min）.The blood loss was 65～105 ml（mean 75 ml）.And the mean distal margin from the dentate line was 1.0-3.0 cm.No postoperative anastomotic leakage and anastomotic stenosis complication were found.After 3 months,the stool frequency was 4 to 6 times per day.All patients were followed up for 3～19 months.They had no puncture hole port site metastasis and anastomotic recurrence.
