摘 要:大型重建大坝利用原大坝作为上游围堰进行导流是一种非常经济的导流方案,但由于原大坝以永久建筑物作为上游围堰进行挡水,不仅要考虑大坝运行安全、下游防洪还要顾及坝体泄水建筑物的病险情况,使利用原大坝作为上游围堰进行导流的重建工程风险分析又不同于新建水利工程。在深入分析利用原大坝施工导流的基础上,探讨了该类工程施工导流风险定义和应考虑的因素,提出了相应的导流风险分析方法,并结合丰满水电站实际工程的导流方案进行了计算分析和验证。结果表明,利用原大坝作为上游围堰进行导流的重建工程,应主要考虑水文不确性影响,且采用Monte-Carlo方法模拟水文的随机性较适宜。Utilizing the original dam as the upstream cofferdam of construction diversion in a large-scale reconstructing project is a very economic diversion scheme.However,the risk analysis of construction diversion of reconstructing project is different from newly built project because the permanent building works as upstream cofferdam,which must consider the safety operation of the dam together with the flood control of downstream during the construction period,and the discharge structure with the dam,that may lead to the dam and discharge structures unstable and dilapidated.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of using the original dam as the upstream cofferdam of construction diversion,it discusses the risk definition of construction diversion and various factors should be considered,and proposes the corresponding risk analysis methods.Finally,combined with the diversion program of Fengman hydropower station for calculation and analysis,the results show that it is essential to consider the influence of hydrological uncertainty and it is appropriate to use Monte-Carlo approach to simulate hydrological randomness.
