摘 要:研究了聚酯/聚酰胺嵌段共聚纤维织物的染色性能和耐碱性,并与常规聚酯织物进行对比。结果表明,聚酯/聚酰胺嵌段共聚纤维织物100℃染色就能达到常规聚酯130℃染色的K/S值和上染百分率,且干摩擦牢度4~5级、湿摩擦牢度4级,耐熨烫色牢度可达4级以上。在相同的温度、碱用量和促进剂用量下,改性聚酯的碱水解要比常规聚酯的剧烈;在相同减量率下,改性聚酯的顶破强力下降,但比常规聚酯的缓慢;随着碱量率的增加,改性聚酯和常规聚酯织物的K/S值都呈缓慢下降趋势。The dyeing properties and alkali resistance of polyester/polyamide block copolymer fiber are researched and com- pared with those of traditional polyester fiber. The results show that polyester/polyamide dyeing at 100 °C can obtain the similar K/S value and dye uptake as traditional polyester dyeing at 130 °C, and the polyester/polyamide dyeings have good dry rubbing fastness of 4 -5 grade, wet rubbing fastness of 4 grade and ironing fastness of up to 4 grade. Alkaline hydrolysis of modified polyester is more violent than that of traditional polyester with the same dosages of alkali and promoter under the same temper- ature. The decrease in bursting strength of modified polyester is lower than that of traditional polyester with the same weight loss percentage. The K/S values of modified polyester and traditional polyester reduce slowly as the increase in weighting loss percentage.
