摘 要:在再生竹纤维织物上进行活性染料数码喷墨印花,探讨了浆料各组分浓度、带液率、烘干温度以及蒸化时间对数码喷墨印花织物K/S值和防渗化性能的影响,对再生竹纤维织物数码喷墨印制大面积花型或单一颜色花型,以及印制精细花型或立体感较强花型时工艺处方进行优化。结果表明,优化工艺印制的再生竹纤维织物的耐洗和耐摩擦色牢度达到4级以上,浆料对织物白度影响不大。The paste recipe and sizing process of digital ink-jet printing of regenerated bamboo fabric are studied. The effects of the component concentration, pick-up, drying temperature and steaming time on the K/S value and anti-bleeding performance are discussed, and the color fastness and whiteness of printed fabric are evaluated. The optimum recipe of large area pattern, solid shade pattern, fine pattern and three dimensional pattern are determined. The color fastness to washing and rubbing of treated bamboo printings are above 4 grade, and the printing paste has a little influence on the whiteness of printings.
