摘 要:采用燃烧法合成了SrAl2O4∶Eu2+,Nd3+纳米长余辉发光材料。应用正交法优化了合成条件,得到最佳制备条件为,炉温在650℃,硼酸摩尔分数为0.10,n(Al)/n(Sr)为2.0,尿素加入4倍理论用量,Nd2O3物质的量为0.00025mol。研究结果表明,SrAl2O4纯相的铝锶比n(Al)/n(Sr)在1.5~2.0之间,铝锶比从1.0到3.5,依次得到Sr3Al2O6、SrAl2O4、Sr4Al14O25和SrAl12O19的纯相或混相样品。硼酸摩尔分数为0.10的样品发育较完全,晶化程度好。与高温固相法的样品相比,发射峰发生不同程度蓝移。样品平均晶粒尺寸小于100nm。Long persistent phosphorescence SrAl2O4∶Eu2+,Nd3+ nanoparticles were synthesized by combustion method.The preparation condition was optimized through orthogonal design.It was found that the optimum condition was furnace temperature 650℃,H3BO3 mole fraction 0.10,n(Al)/n(Sr) mole ratio 2.0,(NH2)2CO dosage of 4 times the theoretical value and Nd2O3 amount of substance 0.00025mol.The results showed that the pure crystal phase of SrAl2O4 was obtained under the conditions of the ratio of n(Al)/n(Sr) 1.5~2.0,single or mixed crystal phase of Sr3Al2O6、SrAl2O4、Sr4Al14O25 and SrAl12O19 were prepared with one of n(Al)/n(Sr) from 1.0 to 3.5.The crystal samples grew fully according to H3BO3 mole fraction 0.10,with high crystallization degree.The peaks of emission spectrum were shifted to blue wavelength compared with the sample formed by high temperature solid state method.The average grain size of luminescent powders is less than 100nm.
