摘　　要：分析我国建筑陶瓷企业技术研发的现状和未来的发展趋势,认为建筑陶瓷企业建立符合国家发展政策和行业特点的技术创新体系,是提升企业核心竞争力、实现可持续发展的重要手段。在此基础上,从建筑陶瓷行业角度,讨论了创新体系应具备的功能、创新工作的目的与措施,对技术创新的方向与内容提出了一些建议。This paper analyzes the current situation and future development trend of technology research and development in China＇s building ceramics,s enterprises to establish a technological innovation system in line with national development policies and industry characteristics,is to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,an important means of achieving sustainable development.It is discussed the function of innovation system.A number of recommendations of technological innovation is also suggested.
