摘 要:离子风在航天、环境、材料、能源和军事等领域有着广阔的应用前景。笔者依据电晕放电的原理,提出了一种"多针—网"的结构,成功实现了离子风的激发。在针电极电压为-4 310 V、网电极接地的实验条件下,该装置激发的离子风风速可达1.1 m/s。另外,笔者利用机械式法拉第筒对离子风进行了微电流检测,检测电流强度最高可达-10 nA,相比而言,加高压前的离子风装置的暗电流仅为-40 pA。实验结果表明,"多针—网"结构可以作为离子源使样品电离,并使大量的样品离子随离子风的流动而运动,完成样品离子的进样。因此,这种"多针—网"结构的离子风设计可以将传统质谱仪中的离子源和进样系统合二为一,从而简化质谱分析的过程、减小质谱仪的体积,有望在实时在线分析的便携式质谱仪中应用。Based on the principle of negative corona discharge, a multiple needles-net structure was designed. When voltage of -4 310 V is applied to the needle electrodes and the net electrode is earthed, this structure can excite ionic wind at a speed of 1.1 m/s. Micro-current measurement of the ionic wind was conducted by using the mechanical Faraday cup, and the highest current intensity approached to -10 nA. However, the dark current of the device was only -40 pA before exerting high voltage. The experimental results show that this multiple needles-net structure can ionize a sample, and force the sample ions to move with the flow of ionic wind into a sampler. The present structure can combine the ion source and the sampler in a conventional mass spectrograph into one, which facilitates process of mass spectrometric analysis and reduces volume of the mass spectrograph. Consequently, it may be applied to portable mass spectrograph with real-time and on-line analysis.
