摘 要:为满足国民经济发展需求,适应电力设备全寿命周期管理模式,西安高压电器研究院有限责任公司对电力设备可靠性评价指标展开全面研究。该项研究工作首先选取电力设备中的关键设备即高压开关设备为研究对象,立足于电力设备老化试验及实际运行数据,充分结合统计分析和可靠性理论,旨在确立电力设备可靠性评价指标并建立评价模型,作为高压开关设备设计、生产、运行及维修策略制定等各个环节的量化参考指标,使电力设备完全满足全寿命周期管理模式的需求。文中重点介绍了项目初期的数据处理和分析结果。In order to meet the demand of national economic development and adapt to the life-cycle management mode of power equipment, Xi 'an High Voltage Apparatus Research Institute has carried out a comprehensive study on evaluation indices of reliability for power equipment. Starting with the key equipment, the high voltage power equipment, based on the data from aging tests and practical operation, the project aims to establish the reliability indices and the corresponding evaluation models about power equipment by using statistical analysis and reliability theory. The results can be used for the quantitative reference indices in the course of design, production, service and maintenance strategy planning of power equipment, which ensure the needs of life-cycle management for the power equipment fully satisfied. This paper mainly introduces the data processing and analysis results during the initial period of the project.
