摘　　要：本文利用2000-2007年数据,采用随机前沿生产函数测量13个OECD国家卫生保健系统技术效率,发现有政府参与的医疗卫生体制要优于市场主导型的医疗卫生体制。同时,本文还简要介绍当前几种比较典型的卫生医疗体制,试图为我国医疗体制改革提出一些可借鉴的参考。This paper employs a stochastic frontier production approach(SFA) to analyze and compare the technical efficiencies of healthcare systems among 13 OECD countries,using a panel dataset for those countries through 2000-2007.Empirical results suggest that technical efficiency of a welfare-based healthcare system is significantly higher than that of any other healthcare system.Moreover,various healthcare systems of different major countries are compared in order to make some policy recommendations for China's healthcare system reforms.
