摘  要:探讨棉海藻纤维氨纶赛络包芯纱的纺制方法及工艺优化。棉与海藻纤维采用原料混和方式,选取5种混纺比,即75∶25、70∶30、65∶35、60∶40、55∶45进行混和,分别对氨纶丝预牵伸倍数、喇叭口间距、细纱捻度进行正交试验,并运用数据包络法对各试验方案测试数据进行分析。得出:棉海藻纤维混纺比60∶40,喇叭口间距1 mm,氨纶丝预牵伸为3倍时,细纱捻度56.6捻/10 cm或氨纶丝预牵伸为3.25倍时,细纱捻度61.6捻/10 cm是32 tex棉海藻纤维氨纶赛络包芯纱的较优工艺参数配置。Spinning method and processing optimization of cotton alginate fiber spandex core-spun yarn was discussed. Raw material blending style was adopted for cotton alginate fiber. Five blending ratios were selected i. e. 75 : 25,70 : 30,65 : 35,60 : 40,55 : 45. Orthogonal test was carried out on spandex filament pre-draft muhiple,bell space and yarn twist. The test results were analyzed by data envelopment analysis. It is considered when blending ratio for cotton alginate fiber is 60 : 40, bell space is 1 mm, pre-draft for spandex filament is 3 times and twist for spinning yarn is 56.6 twists per 10 centmeter or pre-draft for spandex filament is 3.25 times and twist for spinning yarn is 61.6 twists per 10 centmeter,the processing of 32 tex cotton alginate spandex core-spun yarn is the better.
