摘  要:为了在棉纺设备上顺利生产出高品质芳纶1414纯纺纱,针对芳纶1414纤维易产生静电的特点,对生产过程中纤维的预处理方法、相对湿度控制进行了探讨,采用赛络纺技术,并优化工艺参数,最终顺利生产出芳纶1414 18.5 tex赛络纺纱;同时分析了芳纶1414纯纺纱断裂强度与捻系数的相互关系,得出芳纶1414赛络纺纱有两个临界捻系数,其临界捻系数小于同线密度的传统环锭纺纱。To spin pure and high quality aramid 1414 yarn on cotton spinning equipments successfully, according to property of aramid 1414 ,fiber pretreatment method and related humidity control in production were discussed. Siro spun technology was adopted and processing parameter were optimized. Finally aramid 1414 14.8 tex siro yarn was produced successfully. Relationship between breaking strength and twist factor were analyzed. It is considered that there are two critical twist factors for pure aramid 1414 siro spun yarn. The critical twist factor is smaller than that of the same linear density traditional ring spun yarn.
