摘 要:探讨清梳联系统风量风压的优化设置。论述了清梳联流程管道中各主要部位风量风压的要求及测量与计算方法;以开清棉机组和梳棉机组为例进行了优化对比试验。结果表明:将开清棉机组风量风压调整后,开清棉部分的杂质去除率由原来的49%提高到62%,棉结增长率由原来的69%降低到63%;将梳棉机吸落棉管道内的气压适当提高后,生条根数短绒率明显减少。认为:清梳联系统各机台间风量风压的正确匹配可以降低设备故障率和改善生条质量。Optimizations of blowing-carding unit air capacity and ,,essure were discussed. Demands,measurement and calculation method of each main part air capacity and pressure in , wing-carding unit pipes were discussed. Tests were optimized and contrasted on picking unit and carding unit. The teacher shows that after adjusting picking unit air capacity and pressure,impurity removal rate can be improved from 49% to 62% ,neps increase rate can be reduced frome 69% to 63%. After increasing air pressure properly in carding machine pipe, short fiber content of card sliver can be reduced obviously. It is considered that equipment failure rate can be reduced and card sliver quality can be improved through selecting correctly air capacity and pressure in each blowing-carding unit.
