使用微处理胶辊纺制涤粘混纺品种的实践

摘　　要：探讨涤粘混纺品种使用微处理胶辊的纺纱性能。阐述了微处理胶辊的特性,在涤粘混纺品种上选用BYC-2170型微处理胶辊与不处理胶辊、普通胶辊进行了纺纱对比试验。试验结果表明,与不处理胶辊和普通胶辊相比,BYC-2170型胶辊的适纺性能、纺纱质量及性价比均有明显的优势。认为,该微处理胶辊对涤粘混纺品种有较好的适应性。应注意做好胶辊的制作与维护工作,保证胶辊良好的使用效果。Spinning property of polyester vosicose blended yarn by micro-treatment rubber-covered roll was discussed. Characteristics of micro-treatment rubber-covered roll were introduced, spinning test was contrasted by selecting BYC-2170 micro-treatment rubber-covered roll,untreated rubber-covered roll and common rubber-covered roll. The test result shows that appropriate spinning, spinning quality and cost-effective of BYC-2170 micro-treatment rubber-covered roll are the best ,the advantage is obvious. It is considered that appropriate spinning of BYC-2170 micro-treatment rubber-covered roll to polyester viscose blended product is better. Production and maintenance of the rubber-covered roll should be done well to ensure its use effect.
