摘　　要：为顺利纺制有机棉汉麻Tencel羊毛混纺纱,针对各混纺纤维的性能差异,采用一次成卷、成条的方式进行生产。首先对原料进行混和预处理,保证开清棉工序顺利成卷;通过合理安排生产流程,采取恰当的技术措施,如减少打击点、降低打手速度等,解决了生产中出现的成条困难、缠绕罗拉及胶辊等一系列问题,最终成功纺制出JC/汉麻/Tencel/羊毛40/30/20/10 18.2 tex针织纱,其质量达到了设计要求。To spinning organic cotton hemp Tencel wool blended yarn successfully, according to different characteristics of the blending fibers, one-process lap and sliver was adopted to produce. Raw material was blended and pre-treated to ensure cotton lap quality. Production processing was arranged rationally, proper technology measures were adopted, such as reducing beating and beater speed, a series of problems can be solved including hard forming sliver, fiber winding roller et al. Finally JC/hemp/Tencel/wool 40/30/20/10 18.2 rex knitting yarn can be spun successfully, the quality can reach design demands.
