摘　　要：探讨回潮率对棉纺质量的影响与控制措施。根据纤维的吸放湿特性,通过在生产中对其进行合理的加湿、恒湿,稳定纤维在不同工序的吸放湿状态和回潮率,实践结果表明:合理控制棉纺全流程的回潮率,采取"两线一结果"的控制措施,能够保持纤维在生产过程中的良好状态,从而稳定成纱质量。Effect and control measures of moisture regain in cotton spinning quality were discussed. According to fiber absorption and desorption wet property, wet was controlled properly in production. Fiber absorption ＆ desorption wet and moisture regain were controlled stable. Practice result shows that better status of fiber can be kept and yarn quality can be ensured through controlling moisture regain in each process properly and adopting proper temperature ＆ humidity control measures.
