摘  要:探讨国产高效能精梳机技术创新的现状、发展及改进途径。分析了国产高效能精梳机技术创新的现状与发展趋势,指出了存在的问题,提出了改进建议。认为,近年来国产精梳机技术创新取得了长足的进展,在车速、运转可靠性、综合质量水平、自动化程度等方面均有较大程度的提高,但在设备制造精度、材质选用及运行稳定性方面仍存在一定差距。指出,应努力提高设备制造精度、改进材质、运用计算机辅助工艺设计优化工艺、提高设备稳定性与可靠性;国产新机型的研发应注意学习借鉴国外先进技术理念,并防止急功近利,以促进国产精梳机的技术创新。Recent situation, development and suggestion of domestic high efficiency comber technology were discussed. Recent situation and development of domestic high efficiency comber technology were introduced. The existing problems and modification suggestions were pointed out. It is considered that recently, there are considerable progress for domestic high efficiency comber technology rencently. There are larger improvement in speed, operational reliability, comprehensive quality level and autamatic degree. While there are some disparity in quipment manufacturing precision, material and operational reliability. It is pointed out that quipment manufacturing precision and material should be im- proved. Computer-aided design should be used to optimize processing, Stability and reliability of equipment should be improved. Foreign advanced technology idea should be studied for research of domestic new machine. Quick success should be avoided to boost domestic comber technology innovation.
